On this site you will find all the works of the artist Jamie McCartney, an English artist who studied art in the United States and made it his full-time job. He is a very versatile artist, if you browse the site you will find both photographs and sculpture. Among all the works of Jamie McCartney, there is a particularly famous one: The Great Wall of Vagina. As its name indicates, it is a wall composed of 400 plaster casts of vulvas.
Jamie McCartney’s work has played a role in my body acceptance journey. Indeed, seeing all these representations of vulvas has helped me understand that there are no rules, that all bodies are unique and beautiful and that there is no reason to think otherwise. Maddie
